Tom Mitlo-President
Tom was born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh. He graduated from Slippery Rock University and started working in the search industry in January 1984. Tom has centered his career in the healthcare field since 1985.
Tom is a founding partner of The Orion Delta Group and focuses his efforts on business development and customer relations. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant and applies biblical principles to all his business relationships. He delivers a service committed to high integrity and Godly ethics.

Gina Matolcsy-Vice President
Gina was born and raised in the city of Pittsburgh. She graduated from Duquesne University with a B.S. in Nursing. Gina went on to become a pediatric nurse at Mercy Hospital until she joined the Orion Delta Group in the year 2000.
She has a caring and thoughtful approach which has earned her great respect from her candidates. Gina assumes the project lead on most searches.
