This person will lead, direct and manage three ADON's, nine unit managers, the staff development department, RNAC's, medical records and the Clinical Coordinator. The key to this position is organizational leadership, building team leaders, developing consistent policies and procedures and the forms to go with them, connecting with the CNA staff and therefore reducing turnover and improving recruitment rates. They will focus on leadership development with a compliance emphasis. Having the ability to teach the why factor will be crucial. This person must be able to communicate orally and in written form with excellence. They will need to know the most current SNF regulations and the ins and outs of state surveys. Someone who has big picture systems and processes with expertise in employee relations will be critical.
